I started mindfulness with Hayley 3 years ago and then just recently started her breath work workshops and I can honestly say itβs been a game changer. I have suffered with extreme anxiety for a long time and with all the mindfulness workshops and breath work sessions I feel like I have it under control and it no longer rules my life. Hayley is so passionate about what she does and the magic it brings it has inspired me to make it a part of my everyday life. I canβt imagine not having what she has taught me and the peace and calmness it brings ππΌππΌππ
